The cases and speaker grills are in nearly perfect cosmetic condition.  

They have both been tested and they do work - HOWEVER, as I turn up the volume they don't have the best sound - somewhat tinny.  I do not see any tears on the speaker cones and I don't hear a paper/loose sound - but I am not able to properly diagnose these and I think it is possible to have tiny tears that are hard to spot.  Selling the set AS-IS - buyer should either have the knowledge to repair/replace parts OR not be an audiophile!
