The book is in good to acceptable condition with some heavy wear (SEE PHOTOS). There is wear and cover separation at the top and bottom parts of the spine (SEE PHOTOS). The front and backs covers have wrinkling and creases (SEE PHOTOS). The very last page has a large tear on it (SEE PHOTOS). Other than that it is completely free from any additional rips or tears. It is free from any writing (SEE PHOTOS). All the pages are fully attached and secure except for the last page.
