Hand painted ceramic Swiss decanter/flask. One side has the flag of Swiss Canton Graubunden and the other side says Eidg. Schützenfest (Eidgenössisches) which are the Swiss federal shooting competitions which have been around since 1824.

Really cool piece in great condition but missing the cap. See pictures. Year and maker unknown.
