Surrounded by a helmet with crest and mantling on the right and a lion holding the coat of arms of Anterior Austria on the left.
Latin legends, in Gothic script, around the periphery, with the refrappo year below.

Reverse: In the center of a circle, a knight wearing a helmet with crest, all in armor, riding a horse armored galloping, facing right and carrying a banner, vintage above.
Around, a circle of 16 coats of arms representative of the provinces under Austrian domination
