all crystals are there and we do send 2 extras in case you need them for later, the top glass piece has a chip in it on see next to finger in photo and one of the round light parts in glass has a small chip where the crystal attaches see picture next to finger. Other than that i do not believe there are any other chips or nicks i went over it pretty well. Will be very well packed for shipping.
