Having revisited this magazine for listing, I am, as ever, amazed at how inspirational and relevant these old magazines are - great sourcebooks and prove that good style is good style and endures.

Amongst the articles there are numerous ads which give insight to the the era.

In this magazine: Design Focus on Small Space Ingenuity (10 glorious pages), German Design, a Kensington flat, an architects cottage in the country, neo-classical grandeur, Manhattan warehouse loft living, the family home of the House of Hesse, Italian interiors in London, Gartehouses & Lodges, a Culpepper garden, Outdoor furniture, Wine & Food, a summer birthday party and so much more!

Michael Parkinson advertises curtains! Duncan Goodhew advertises swimming pools (of course!) I love seeing the “faces” of the day ~ also adverts that show the nuclear family and ladies in the kitchen - non pc today but a great insight into the marketing of the time!

All pages present and correct, no mustiness rips or tears but there is the occasional dog ear, this will be posted with care to reach you without mishap.
