Waltham Crescent St.,16 Size, 21 Jewel, Railroad Pocket WatchThis is a 16 size (case diameter 49 mm) pocket watch made by Waltham. The movement is Crescent St. grade with 21 jewels, and adjusted to 5 positions, lever set, micrometer regulator, and was fully railroad grade when made in about 1908. The watch has raised gold jewel settings and gold center wheel. Movement condition is nice with some tarnish on the crown and mainspring wheels. Dial is original double sunk porcelain with no hairlines and a tiny edge chip at the set lever that is hidden by the bezel. This is an excellent dial! The case is nickel silver in nice condition with a steam locomotive on the back. Nice watch!
My standard disclaimer for every watch I sell: "This watch runs and keeps reasonable time: within 5 minutes or LESS per day. I do not know the history of this watch, so it may need to be serviced. This watch will have either a glass crystal in good condition or an unbreakable acrylic crystal unless otherwise stated."
Sorry, this is NOT a "Make Offer" listing. I will not consider or reply to any offers. Thanks!
Terms for All Buyers:
- The images are part of the description. Please read the description carefully and view all images BEFORE you bid.
- Shipping by US Mail ONLY!
- Combined shipping? Yes, I normally can ship multiple purchases together, and when that results in a savings, I normally refund the excess to the buyer. In a few cases, the combined shipping doesn't result in a cost savings, particularly for shipments outside the US. If you buy multiple items, please let me know so I can ship together and save my time and your money!
- Returns: I have offered unconditional returns for over 35 years. However, due to a recent increase in the number of returns for completely bogus reasons, plus returns in which the buyer damages and then returns goods, I no longer offer unconditional returns through eBay. Even so, if you have a legitimate problem with an item you receive from me, please let me know WITHIN THREE DAYS, and I WILL resolve the problem. Buyers who falsely claim "Item not as described" on a return through eBay will be reported!
