This is an uncorrected proof/advance reader’s copy. These books are sent out in limited quantities to select booksellers, book reviewers, authors, and readers pre-publication. These books are considered to be collectibles as they are produced in limited quantities, and since they are not as durable as the actual books, one doesn’t generally see older ones.

We reuse packaging materials and boxes as much as possible as we are trying to keep usable items out of the landfill. These materials are donated by local businesses (and family members!) from shipments they receive.
