This unusual badge I think is silver but not tested
It has a Flag & Shamrock on either side of the harp and I cannot find another similar
I have no idea how old this snuff box is but I think either Georgian or Victorian
In very good condition the hinges are perfect and the box snaps shut
There is rubbing to the lid edges and a small chip on the inside lid
