Hat is clean inside and out - The is one area (see picture 11) where the stitching is a bit loose. No odors - Box itself shows wear. See pictures as important part of the description. I do not see a size on the hat. Measures approximately 5 1/2" high when unfolded. Inside approximately 7 1/2" by 6" wide.
