We offer a 30-days return warranty for all US buyers.
- Returns of products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Furthermore:
- The item must not be altered and shall be returned in its original packaging, unused & in the same condition it was shipped and received.
- Returned item must include your order number so that a full refund will be paid.
- If the returned item is due to a damage or incorrect shipment, please contact us with the photos of the product for a full refund.
- No Returns accepted & refund claims will be denied for items sold & labeled as "For Parts only or Non-working" item.

Shipping:

- All sales are to be paid in full to the Seller prior to the delivery/release of the product(s) to the Buyer. Further, all sales are final, subject to Seller's sole and absolute discretion to accept return of the goods within (30) days of sale upon the terms suitable to all the products, without limitation.
- Seller makes no Representations that said goods comply with any Federal, State or local law, requirements or standards; and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to all of same upon Buyer taking possession of the product.
- Seller makes no representations as to the quality, condition, danger, adequacy of warning labels, adequacy of installation or operating manuals, performance, safe operation of, or latent or unknown defects regarding the product(s); and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to all of same upon Buyer taking possession of the product(s).
- Seller also states, and Buyer acknowledges, that the goods may bear or contain hazardous chemicals or materials which may be indirectly or directly hazardous to life, to health, or to property; and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to all of same upon Buyer taking possession of the product.
- Buyer's decision to purchase our products shall be based solely upon Buyer's judgment as to the suitability of said goods for Buyer's intended uses and Buyer is advised to conduct or obtain its own pre-purchase inspection of the goods.
- Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, and its representatives from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, settlements, losses, damages, penalties, obligations and expenses (including attorney's fees and expenses and other professional fees and expenses), incurred or suffered by any persons or entities arising from, by reason of, or in connection with any loss, damage or injury to person, entity or property arising from, by reason of, or in any way connected to the products sold.
- Buyer acknowledges that his sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to return the product(s) and repayment of the purchase price or to repair and replacement of nonconforming product(s) or parts.
Seller offers no warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, which extend beyond the description of the goods on the face hereof; and
Seller further herby disclaims that all implied warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose or intended use.
