1982 Hot Wheels Yellow Turismo No. 1694 #1694 Blackwall 

Card is unpunched and has wear and discoloration, as pictured. There is tape on the rear of the card, may have been a part of the buy one get one free promo in the 80's. 

Blister has crinkles toward the front of the car as well as dents from the bumper hitting it. There doesn't appear to be any cracks.
