This is about a 2/3-page ad and it does have some issues

On the left side it has seen some moisture.  There are 2 small tears on the top of the page that run down about 1". 

This is an ad measuring at about 5" x 8-1/2"

The page it self is 7-1/2" x 11-1/4"
