The Farmer Conrad Hofmann Sr. in Wetzendorf (today a district of Nuremberg) and its Wife Anna, b. Höfler sell to their only one Son Peter Hofmann (* 1803) and his 22 year oldFiancée Maria Dorothea Roming from Neuhof (Erlangen regional court district). Half yard no. 31 in Wetzendorf, which they acquired in 1799.
The purchase price is 3,200 guilders for the farm and an additional 500 guilders for "all the existing farm equipment such as wagons, plows, chains, as well as cattle, hay, straw and grain, as well as other movables."
The sellers reserve the right to room and board for life, which is described in amazing detail.

At the end, note from the Nuremberg Regional Court dated 23. June 1846 about the cancellation of a mortgage. With stamp and signatures.
