Ibanez  MMN1-TAB Transparent Aqua Blue Martin Miller Signature Model From JAPAN

Features

Martin Miller, an Ibanez signature artist and teacher, is a guitarist from Leipzig, Germany, and is a multi-genre player who has been closely associated with the Ibanez AZ series since its development.

In recent years, he has been busy teaching as a guitar teacher at the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music, traveling around the world giving clinics, and producing and mixing instructional video albums at JTCguitar.com.

This MMN1 is Martin's new signature model following MM1/MM7.

Major features

■Rosewood fretboard with Stainless Frets

Made of rosewood, which has a well-balanced sound character and warm tone.

It is the perfect material for AZ-N, which was developed with a focus on clean tones that can be used in a wider range of genres.

■Compound Radius (228mm to 305mm) Fretboard

Compound radius fingerboard that can be used for both tight chord form in the low position and lead play on the high frets.

■Non recessed bridge cavity

There is no recess on the top surface of the body.

Because the bridge plate and the guitar body are in direct contact, it is characterized by improved expressiveness of the strength and weakness of the sound, improved reproduction of playing nuances, and excellent resonance.

■5 tremolo springs w/muting rubber

A 5-piece spring is used to more effectively transmit string vibrations to the body.

Equipped with a rubber spring mute installed to suppress spring resonance/resonance.

■Gotoh T1702B tremolo bridge

This is a T1702B tremolo bridge that uses a brass saddle inertia block that features a warm, bright tone and good resonance.

With a narrow spacing design of 10.5mm between strings, we pursue the ease of picking across strings required by players who frequently use skipping and hybrid picking.

In addition, it uses an arm socket that can be used with the Ibanez Edge tremolo arm and ultra light tremolo arm.

It is possible to attach the arm with a snap-in without having to turn it in like a conventional arm.

You can easily adjust the torque of the tremolo arm by rotating the torque cap on the arm attachment part. In addition, a stud lock mechanism is also included as standard, which greatly contributes to tuning stability and resonance by firmly fixing the instrument with a set screw embedded in the stud.

■Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups

Compared to the Hyperion, which was jointly developed with Seymour Duncan as a dedicated pickup for AZ, this pickup was developed for a more natural clean tone that can be used in a wide range of genres, and for easier play and nuance.

AZ-N exclusive pickup released: Fortuna.

This is a medium output pickup that is compatible with various pedal effects that can be used depending on the scene.

■AZ Oval C S-TECH WOOD Roasted Maple 1pc neck

This is an original neck shape created by measuring and analyzing the neck grips of dozens of guitars, both in-house and from other companies.

This is a comfort grip that is shaped so that it falls gently from the adhesive surface of the fingerboard and neck to the fingerboard edge, and the fingerboard edge is rounded.

The shape is accurately and reliably reproduced by ball milling.

Uses maple wood treated with ESTECH, a nitrogen heat treatment technology.

Wood treated with ESTEC has characteristics such as shape stability, durability against warping, water resistance, and resistance to temperature changes, and the technology has been patented in Japan.

■Luminlay side dot inlay

It uses 3.0mm diameter phosphorescent material dots and positions that boast high visibility and can cope with performance environments that change rapidly due to lighting and other factors.

You'll never lose sight of the sound you want to play even on a dark stage.

■An ergonomic body back contour

It has an original body shape that aims for a contemporary design.

The thin body contour and large elbow contour create a sense of unity between the player and the guitar, greatly contributing to improved playability.

In addition, the deep constriction of the body makes it easy to handle when held or on stage, and provides high playability.

The radius of the corners on the front and back of the body is different, resulting in an ergonomic design that allows you to feel the fit the moment you hold the guitar, regardless of whether you're sitting or standing.

■Super All Access Neck Joint

This is a Super All Access neck joint that achieves high playability by carving a step from the back of the body with a height difference of 8mm, and by finishing the joint with the neck with a spherical surface.

The cutaway on the bass string side is designed to be shallow, and by maximizing the area between the body and neck, it maintains high playability while also achieving both good sustain and resonance.

■Bone nut

Adopts oil-impregnated cow bone nuts.

It has a smooth nut that greatly contributes to tuning stability, and a resonance similar to that of a vintage guitar.

■Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads

In pursuit of convenience when changing strings, it is equipped with Gotoh's MG-T locking machine head, which has a reputation for tuning stability.

The structure allows you to easily lock the strings passed through the post holes by turning the dial with your finger.
