Shipping is Free with this listing, the delivery service included is ground floor only door to door or in the case of a post bag to the post box. the transport company will not deliver to an upper level unless you have made prior arrangements with us for this special service. If you do require an upper level delivery please email us or message us through eBay and provide the details of each item and the quantity so we can arrange a quote for you. The upper level delivery service is carried out by a totally different company and procedure so we do need to book this in prior to your order being dispatched, if you order has already dispatched and you decide that you would like the upper level service we may not be able to arrange this depending where your order is and if we can stop it in time.
