This is a Second Press with this key label description in discogs: "2nd pressing with red Columbia Stereo "2-Eye" labels with "360 Sound" in white and have "Nonbreakable" in black beneath catalog number to left of spindle hole" and these matrices:

Matrix / Runout (Side A, Stamped): XSM-79423-1D
Matrix / Runout (Side B, Stamped): XSM-79424-1D

Jacket in VERY NICE CONDITION with most of the shrink still present - there is a chunk missing on front jacket shaped like a semi-circle missing to right of the legs of the seated lady (see listing photo), all present on back jacket with no tears of remaining shrink along the edges.  There is a price sticker on front shrink.  There is light wear at opening.  WORTH THE PRICE FOR A NICE COPY OF THIS SECOND PRESS 1965 JACKET.  LP found without inner sleeve, clear plastic one added for this listing.  There is a good amount of clean vinyl present, but also a good number of visible light but unfeelable scratches and scuffs.  I'll conservatively grade VG, it may play better than that visual grade.
