Configuration: luminaire body in die-cast aluminum alloy EN AB-47100 (low copper content) and ring in AISI 316L stainless steel. Diffuser in transparent or sandblasted tempered glass.
Double layer coating with high corrosion resistance: The aluminum parts are painted with a double layer with powders in line with the QUALICOAT standard: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second layer of powder finish polyester (resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents). The entire painting process starts from the components that have been previously sandblasted to make the surface more porous and ensure greater adhesion of the paint. Ares carries out alkaline and acid washes to completely clean the surfaces, rinses with demineralised water to remove any residue particles, then carries out a chemical conversion treatment to protect against rust.
