Offered here is a must have for any fan of one of the best shows of the '90s Boy Meets World! This is a Production Made Prop "Cory and Topanga Split" Newspaper Cover Page from Boy Meets World!

This is a John Adams High School Newspaper Cover Page which features an image of Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) and Topanga Lawrence (Danielle Fishel) with the headline "Cory and Topanga Split"

This newspaper cover page was made as a concept design for episode 5.15 "First Girlfriend's Club" This is almost identical to the screen used newspaper however it features a gag about a missing bunsen burner which was not on the final paper. The director likely found it too distracting and just wanted the Cory and Topanga headline on the cover. Personally, I actually like this version better than the final design version as the bunsen burner gag features a reference to the legendary Mr. Feeny (William Daniels).

This came from a recent sale from the archives of Earl Hayes Press. Earl Hayes Press is a prop company that specializes in making printed props for films and television. This newspaper just features the front cover page, as the majority of the newspapers retained by Earl Hayes Press archives did. It looks like this front page was cut off of the rest of the prop newspaper. The date it was made for production was written in the top corner of the newspaper page. The actual article on the newspaper is filler and unrelated to either headline. This is a common practice with prop newspapers. This has some yellowing and wrinkling but is in overall decent condition, especially given its age.

This is incredible! Props and Wardrobe from Boy Meets World rarely surface, especially one this cool!

This is about as recognizable as it gets to Boy Meets World fans as it features Cory and Topanga, on a John Adams High School newspaper, with a reference to Mr. Feeny!

This would look absolutely amazing framed!

If you like getting props signed the majority of the cast of Boy Meets World including Danielle Fishel, Rider Strong, Will Friedle, and William Daniels often attend conventions and this would be an amazing piece to take to get autographed.

If you want this great piece act fast!

This ships with a Certificate of Authenticity!

Pure Magic Memorabilia FAQ

Q: Was this item actually used in the film/show mentioned?
A: Yes, all items sold here are original production items.

Q: How was this acquired?

A: This is an answer which varies from item to item. To ensure a large variety of memorabilia these pieces were obtained through various trusted sources including studio/memorabilia auctions, set sales, crew members, etc.

Q: Does this include a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: In general only items obtained through auction houses come with a Certificate of Authenticity from said auction house. Studios themselves rarely issue certificates with items sold. This is due to the time and cost it would take to have a department dedicated simply to pulling aside items, tagging them, logging them, creating a certificate and selling them. It is more time and cost effective for studios simply to have a sale and sell off everything on site or consign the entire production inventory to an outside auction house. This means any piece obtained outside of an auction house (studio sale, crew member, etc.) typically does not come with a Certificate. If a piece comes with a preexisting Certificate it will be directly mentioned in the listing. If one does not a Pure Magic Memorabilia Certificate of Authenticity will be included for your personal records and peace of mind.

Q: Are there ever multiples of the same prop/wardrobe item?

A: Yes! Typically productions will have multiples of nearly every item.  This is for several reasons but most commonly for reshoots/pick up shots and incase of damaged on set. The amount however varies depending on how prevalent the item is and how hard it is used.

Q: How long will it take to ship my item?

A: Typically items will ship within one-three business days of payment received.

Q: I'm specifically looking for something from ________ do you have anything you will be listing?

A: If there is any particular Film, Show, or Celebrity you are looking for an item from feel free to ask. I am frequently acquiring new pieces and would be happy to let you know if I get ahold of anything you are looking for.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Items are now available to be shipped internationally through eBay's international shipping program.
