The product price does not include custom duties or taxes of buyer's country. The buyers are responsible for these duties/taxes if levied by their country.

After we ship the product, we add shipment tracking number on the eBay. The buyer can find the same in his or her order details. The buyers are suggested to keep a watch on  the tracking status in their eBay account. In case there is a delay or unsuccessful delivery, the buyer should contact us via message and we will track the parcel on your  behalf by contacting the postal authorities including those of the buyer's country.

Note: We ship all orders via registered airmail service of India Post which ensures an addressee specific delivery. Please take note that the shipment is handed over to  the addressee only in case of the registered parcels. In case the addressee is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery is marked as attempted unsuccessful delivery  and the parcel goes back to your local post office branch where it remains available for collection by the buyer. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the buyer needs to collect  the parcel from his or her local post office by showing shipment tracking number and identity proof.
