Vintage Chinese handwoven and embellished sewing basket is in excellent condition. Manufacture of these sewing baskets was in the 1920’s and 1930’s. This is an estate sale find.
A mix of bamboo and woven wickerwork.
The lid has 2 Blue Glass ring Handles.
The basket measures 8.5 inches in diameter and 3 inches high.
The WICKER IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION-THE HANDLES HAVE DARK MARKS ON THEM THAT I HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION.
