In the early 1930's George E Failing developed portable rigs for oilfield drilling. During World War II, he supplied equipment for the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy and in 1944 received the Army/Navy award for excellence in the production and manufacture of war materials. His story is truly fascinating. These decks of cards are great pieces of history and very rare!
