This is a vintage 2000 toy from Disney and Mattel. It’s from the cartoon movie Atlantis The Lost Empire and it’s the Stormtrooper’s Water Tanker vehicle. It’s still sealed. The tanker is supposed to talk but it does not. Even though it’s sealed, the package is in really rough shape. No idea what happened but there are some signs of age, dirt (which looks to also be inside packaging), bends, and what looks like water marks. It’s still a great collector piece especially if taken out of packaging. Package measures approximately 9.5 inches tall. I’ve listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
