9ct 375 Yellow Gold Solitaire Ring W/ Natural 0.30ct White Quartz - Size K 1/2

Solid 9ct yellow gold.

Hallmarked “9ct”

The ring is in excellent condition for its age. It has minimal wear and a few finer scratches. The stone does have some fine chips and scratches on it.

This ring style is called a solitaire ring.

The ring is handmade and dated to the 1920s. This ring is antique.

The main stone is an old European cut white Quartz.

The Quartz has been tested and it was confirmed to be natural and it is free from colour enhancements.

The Quartz is original to this ring.

This Quartz has an estimated carat weight of 0.50cts.

The Quartz has an old European cut.

There are chips and scratches on the Quartz. They are noticeable. The stone would either need to be replaced or recut to fix this. Not worth recutting it or replacing it in my personal opinion. Can be worn as is.

The Quartz is dull and not sparkly. Typical for Quartz.

It is not loose in its setting and there are no stones missing on this ring.

The gold purity of this ring has been tested and it was confirmed to be solid 9ct yellow gold (37.5% purity)

I have not tested the white metal as doing so will visibly damage the fine details on the setting. It is likely white gold judging by the colour and based on level of detail put into the ring.

The ring has not been resized.

There is no damage to the setting or the setting prongs, aside from minor wear.

No damage anywhere on the ring band either.

This ring is comfortable to wear.

Can be worn as a stackable ring or it can be worn on its own.

The ring has an inside diameter of 16.1mm.

An Australian size K 1/2.

Ring band width is 2.0mm.

Ring band thickness is 1.3mm.

The face of this ring is 5.5mm in width and the setting sits at a maximum height of 6.3mm.

In perfectly wearable condition.
