Returns:
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy. However, all items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were received in. Money back guarantee.
With some items, package must not be open/unwrapped in any way. Return is only allowed if the wrong item was shipped in which we will pay for the return or reimburse you for the shipping cost. if a Customer ordered the wrong product in which they will have to pay for the return shipping. If item is (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) please inspect package prior to signing. Shipping:
Usually it takes a 2 day turnaround to ship items out but please allow 3-4 days for item to ship as I try to get a bulk shipping order together for better rates. Also if your order was placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) sometimes orders will get processed on Monday. If you need an item sooner please advise so the final cost can be adjusted to accommodate the request.
