A lovely example of the classic Kenwood A701A, an iconic British product designed by Kenneth Grange.

Includes K beater, whisk, Kenlite bowl and the original cover

The plastic bowl  and cover show some signs of age-related yellowing, but otherwise the Kenwood is in excellent condition and full working order following a full service and refurbishment.

Work carried out involved:

Flaking paint and areas of corrosion removed and rubbed down. 

Apply two coats of primer, followed by three coats of top coat in the original shade of white.

Replace worn rubber feet with new items,

Replace broken slow-speed outlet cover with a good used example

Clean and strip gearbox and replace grease.

Replace planetary hub grease

Clean and lubricate motor. Replace capacitor and resistor with new items.

Replace power lead & plug with new item.
