These are brand new units. I ordered them from Verizon for our business. But they weren't the right kind of mobile wifi devices we were looking for. I was going to return them but waited too long and then Verizon made us pay for them. So they've just been sitting here unused for months. I'm perfect brand new condition in the boxes.
