Your package will be shipped within 24-72 hours for "Wise Owl Organic" handmade items depending upon the item and how much is ordered.  I hand make them fresh once requested.  Other ready-made items will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

All items are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays and weekends.  

Your package will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.  If your package exceeds the weight criteria for First-Class postage it will travel by USPS Priority Mail or another USPS service.

For all International customers who purchase multiple items, if the combined shipping discount does not work on eBay, please ask for a combined invoice from me.

All packages receive delivery confirmation, and a tracking number will be provided to you along with the type of postal service you receive.  I will message you once your package has been dropped off with the post office and it is on its way to you with this information. 

ALL DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS ONE LOW FLAT RATE COST REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU PURCHASE.

Payment is due within 3 days of auction win.  If you require more time to make payment, I am happy to make arrangements.  Simply contact me via messages.  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, etc are accepted at the present time.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase with us, simply keep the item in its original packaging and return it to us FREE within 30 days.  Please do contact me, Kalena, right away with any questions or concerns you might have, and I am certain I can resolve the issue with an exchange, refund or credit.  Your satisfaction is priority.
