It charges and turns on just fine, but some websites load slowly and sometimes crash. I think this would be useful in someone's hands who could upgrade it, but its being sold AS IS, since I cant figure out how to make it run more stable.  Its in reasonably good condition on the exterior, engraved (see photo).
