It is 16" tall to top of shade,12" tall to top of socket with a  4.25" Base

The lace fringe fabric shade is 7" tall without the fringe and 9" with fringe hanging down.  

The shade is 9.25" wide and 5.25" wide at the top.

The shade has some minor inside stains that I have not attempted to clean.  The base has a small chip on one of the legs as pictured.

The shade is off white, the base has red veining on a gold wood base.
