T-con board CCPD-TC495-008 V4.0. This board is found in a variety of TVs that have 50inch panels, as long as the codes match.

Please keep in mind that the Tcon board is not the only component that can fail in the tv, however you are welcome to return the item if it didnt solve your issue.
