One Vintage Hand Painted Wearable Art Blouse
This is a lovely silk blouse with cap sleeves and side splits. You can tie the sides if desired. The edges are hand-rolled and hand-stitched. Use as a beach cover-up. I believe the item comes from the Sanibel Island, Florida area.
