1969 Land Rover Series 2a 109 Station Wagon rebuilt from the ground up on a new galvanised chassis( Richards). Had vehicle since 2016 with intention of restoring her back to original but with work committments time is getting less and less to enable me to finish project. It is now time for her to find a new loving home where she can be appreciated. She is 90% complete, engine rebuilt, original radiator re-cored, water pump rebuilt, carburettor rebuilt, replacement bulkhead sourced and installed, new wiring loom installed, new LOF clutch , new road springs, new front doors, new front seats and many more items. Most parts are here to complete her. Engine is a 2.6 Straight 6 petrol.
Outstanding works to my knowledge:
- Complete installation of brakes
- Engine not fired up yet so will require final tuning
- installation of heater (supplied)
- installation of seat belts
- will require correct tyres (750 x 16) original wheels will be with her
Will need to be trailered away as not running
