Measurements: It measures about 28" x 25" and it has approximately 1/2" long fringe on all sides.
Condition: Overall it is in good condition but it does have a small hole in the elbow of the Native American's arm, some very tiny pinholes near the fold above "Lodge" and some light brown spots (the last photo shows these issues).
