172 Vintage Retro 3.5" floppy disks including 86 Verbatim.  All not working

Black drive is powering up (red light on, motor moving) & is being recognised in Windows but is not reading disks.

Other units are not powering up (have been in storage for many years but use to work fine)

All drives made in Japan including one TEAC.
