Max Pauly (*25. February 1876 in Thening, Upper Austria; † 31. March 1934 in Linz) was an Austrian politician of the Greater German People's Party (GdP).

Education and profession: After attending elementary school, he went to a teacher training college. He later became a specialist teacher in Urfahr. He also wrote numerous articles in specialist magazines and newspapers.
