BIOGRAPHY

CREAM. British trio who debuted in July 1966 and became known as rock musics first original supergroup. The extraordinary combination of Eric Clapton's stylish blues guitar / Jack Bruce's powerful voice & intense basslines and Ginger Baker's jazz influenced drumming will ensure their rock music immortality. Their biggest hits include ; Sunshine of Your Love / White Room / Crossroads and their album "Wheels of Fire" was the worlds first platinum selling album. They split in 1968 but the technical proficiency of their music foreshadowed and influenced the emergence during the late 1960s of groups like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple.
