Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with very little wear. Most notably, there is a small finish chip along the rear edge of the body near the lower strap button. There are also a few light scuffs and swirl marks on the body, some light scratches on the pickguard, and some light tarnishing on the hardware, but clean condition overall. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
Incredibly light wear on the first few frets, but otherwise no other type of fret damage.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
