Antique French silver tea caddy spoon featuring a scalloped seashell shaped bowl. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. Measures 4 1/4" length. Weighs 20.4 grams. Hallmarked with the French Minerve 2nd standard mark for .800/1000 purity silver in use since 1838. Bearing maker's marks for the widow Vve Leon Lambert, this mark in use circa 1904, who commenced trade at 55 rue de Turbigo.
