This rare and tiny stone Olmec pendant was part of my Dad’s Pre-Columbian art collection of Houston which I inherited when he passed away. It is not a reproduction. My Dad spent many years in Mexico and accompanied Pablo Bush Romero (a famous Mexican and founder of CEDAM in his time) on numerous excavations back in the 60’s. This piece is authentic and was carved in ancient times by the Olmec. As you can see in the photos, the drill hole is warn through.
