This listing is for a Rare New Franklin Mint The Dragon of Destiny Crystal Ball Bronze Sculpture Designed by Julie Bell including the COA, Collectors Packet and Julie Bell Informational Packet. The crystal ball has a weird feeling, like there is some residue on the outside. I wiped it off pretty well. I am assuming this is just a factory issue, but I wanted to be upfront about it.
