I'm listing this figure as used because back in 2008, when I purchased this figure, I was so impressed by the figure that I opened the box and slid out the plastic tray to get a close-up view. I poked his active camo (which was squishy if I recall correctly)  and returned the tray back to its box. And it's been there ever since. So it's listed as used, but it's more like new open box condition. I never removed the figure or accessories from the plastic tray.
