DESCRIPTION: Offered is a Western German art pottery vase / jug made in the fat lava style of cream and brown ceramic. The marking on the bottom says "W. German 499-18." This is typical of Western German art which frequently did not name a manufacturer but only the region of production. Made between 1941-1949. Part of my grandmother's estate-- she was a missionary in Ireland, with relatives across Europe. 

MEASUREMENT:   vase measures 7.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide at widest point. 

CONDITION: In excellent estate condition, "new," see close-ups.
