For sale is a unique hooked rug with a mysterious design. The only recognizable object is

the opening of a covered bridge. The rest is an imaginative combination of swirls and streaks

that brings up connections to Van Gogh's skies or psychedelic art. It probably dates to circa 

1930. The rug is 23" x 36" in excellent condition with a black binding. It weighs 1 lb 12 oz.
