- All Epilogues, All Costumes, All files in Jill's Diary
- Play The Mercenaries, the Unlocked mini-game featuring 3 Racoon City soldiers battling the zombies for survival
- Ultimate_Start: Jill begins equipped with Unlimited Handgun. Find the Assault Rifle, Gatling Gun, & Rocket Launcher, All Unlimited Ammo, inside the first safe. Plus, Boutique Key.
- Ultimate_End: Jill equipped with All Weapons with Infinite Ammo, including Rocket Launcher, at the last save point
- 100% Fully Unlocked System Data File
- Play Assignment: Ada mini-game, also known as Ada the Spy, where she collects plaga samples for Wesker
- Play The Mercenaries mini-game by mowing down zombie hordes and see how high you can go!
- Ultimate_Start a New Round w/ Leon, equipped with Infinite Launcher, Chicago Typewriter & Handcannon, all unlimited ammo, plus his Special Costumes and the Tactical Vest, and a lot of health spray's... Just spray & play!
- Ultimate_End saved at last checkpoint before the final boss, Leon's equipped w/ Handcannon, Chicago Typewriter and Infinite Launcher
- 100% Fully Complete
