Vintage Florida State University FSU Pennant College Crest Seminoles Rare Colors

I have not been able to find one with the extra colors within the crest (the green and a kind of neon red). Similar designs without the extra colors are from the 1960s so I'm guessing that it is somewhere around that date.

It is 28" wide by 15" tall
