TIME AND DATE SETTINGS
In standby mode, press A to display the time,
Press B to enter the hour set, the hour will flash, press A to adjust the hour:
Press B to enter minutes setting, minutes will flash, press A to adjust minutes
Then press B to enter the month set, the month will be flashing, press A to adjust month:
Press B to enter the date set, the date will flash, press A to adjust the date:
Then press B to enter the year set, the year will be flashing, press A to adjust year:
Then press B to enter either 12hr or 24hr format settings, 12hr/24hr format  will flash
Press A to adjust the system, and then press the B button to return to the normal time section.
3 seconds after checking the time or changing settings, the watch automatically goes to sleep.
