SHIPPING INFORMATION
All our orders will be shipped through reputed postal companies.You can check the estimated delivery date via your order in eBay. We can only control the dispatch date; once the parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service we have no control over delivery times. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbor or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so. Delivery times are usually 5-7 working days, however at peak times this maybe more. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact us to sort out the matter.
RETURN POLICY
We sincerely appreciate your business. Our main object is to satisfy our value added customers. However if you not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to refund full your payment after receiving item or items in original condition. No restocking fee for the return item or item. The item must be returned to us within 30 days after you receive the goods. The item can also be exchanged within 30 days after you receive the goods. The item should be returned in original condition, Not Used or Altered. You will have to pay the difference in price if applicable.
