This is an early LEGO watch, dating back around 20 years.
It comes with parts for both the watch and a goldfish.
You can create a colorful strap by rearranging the parts, and it's great that you can adjust the length of the strap.
I haven't tested whether it works or not because it has been stored with a dead battery after a few uses.
