Pretty Layered Blue / White Pitcher

This pitcher is 5.75" Tall - featuring 2 shades of Blue,

a Dusty Blue, and a Periwinkle Shade of Blue - and White on top.

I am not sure of the brand, there is some indented writing on the bottom,

but it is very faint and light and I can't make it out.
Not sure if this is ceramic, or pottery.

Capacity is 24 oz, or 3 Cups
Weight: 1 lb.
